Postage

Postage is one charge per order: $10, or $15 if your order includes an A2 print, as these are posted in a tube. For an order of gifts only it is $10 under $50 and $15 from $50; gifts added to a print order carry no extra postage. Postage is free on orders of $150 or more.

When your order is sent

We pack every order by hand and aim to send it within two business days of payment. If something will take longer, we’ll let you know.

How your prints travel

A5, A4 and 5 × 7 prints are posted flat, backed with card in an Australia Post satchel. A2 prints are rolled and posted in a sturdy tube. If your order includes an A2, any smaller prints are rolled into the same tube so everything arrives together.

Delivery

We post with Australia Post Parcel Post, which includes tracking. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking number. Delivery times depend on where you live, and regional and remote areas can take longer.

We currently send to addresses within Australia only.

If something goes wrong

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you can, with a photo of the print and its packaging if possible. We’ll replace it or refund you.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived and the tracking hasn’t moved for a while, let us know and we’ll follow it up with Australia Post.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order is sent.
