These terms apply when you buy from our website. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.

Who we are

This website is operated by Sanctuary Gallery Hahndorf (ABN 62 863 872 798), trading as Sanctuary Gallery, Shop 2/56 Mount Barker Road, Hahndorf SA 5245. Email sanctuary.gallery@outlook.com or call 0423 811 326.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the prints in your cart. Our agreement is made when your payment is accepted.

Payments are processed securely by Square. We don’t see or store your card details.

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if a print is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If that happens, we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The total shown before you pay, including postage, is the amount you’ll be charged.

If a price changes while a print is in your cart, our checkout will stop before you pay, and nothing will be charged.

Postage, delivery and returns

Postage costs, delivery and returns are explained on our Shipping and Returns and refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

Prints and colour

Our prints are giclée reproductions of Amanda Tuohy’s original paintings, printed with pigment inks on 100% cotton fine art paper. Each print is hand-signed by Amanda and is part of an open edition. Sizes are listed on each print’s page.

Every screen shows colour a little differently, so your print may look slightly different from what you saw online.

Copyright and use of images

All artworks, images and text on this website are © Amanda Tuohy. Buying a print gives you the print itself, not the right to copy or reproduce the artwork.

Please don’t copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise use our artworks or images, including to train AI tools, without our written permission.

You’re welcome to share a photo of your print on Facebook or Instagram, as long as you tag Amanda: facebook.com/amanda.tuohy.art on Facebook, or @amanda_tuohy on Instagram. We’d love to see it.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully, and don’t try to interfere with how it works. We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we may update or change it at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
